Hi guys

This is the voice of Jotham, Eunice, Naomi, John. There are a couple of notices/reminders we have to inform you of.

1) Bring shoes/sandals (required for dragonboating) [Sandals by themselves will suffice]

2) Bring your money if you haven't paid and some extra for self-lunch on Sunday.

3) Meet at Boon Lay MRT control station at 1900 hrs. Grace is not to be taken advantage of. For those that cannot make it on time, refer to directions below.

4) What to bring -

2 sets of dark clothing ( for girls)
Enough clothing to last you the entire retreat
Bible / Notebook
Medication
Sleeping Bag
Toiletries
Anything else you deem necessary
A pure heart

How to get to Cell Retreat 2008 – A step-by-step guide

1. Proceed to Boon Lay Bus Interchange, directly beside the MRT.

2. Walk to Berth 9 and into the 179 bus waiting area.

3. Board the bus when it comes

4. Tap your EZ-Link card

5. Alight at the 7^th bus stop. ( Boon Lay Interchange isn’t counted) Picture of the bus stop you suppose to alight at is below, dustbin might not be there so do not use it as a hard and fast reference. It is the first bus stop after turning into NTU so as soon as the bus enters NTU, press the bell.

6. Upon disembarking from the bus, face the buildings and then turn left and walk down the concrete path.

7. Continue on the path till you reach the third flight of steps on your right (Picture with arrow over it above).

8. Walk up the 9 steps

9. Follow the concrete path till you reach a corridor with a single step leading to it.

10. Walk straight till the end of corridor

11. Turn right and follow the red brick path to the stairs

12. Climb up 3 flights of stairs, (16, 10, 16)

13. Turn right and walk till you see a flight of stairs on the left, DO NOT walk straight.

14. Climb up 5 flights up stairs (16, 10, 9, 9, 10)

15. At this juncture, you will see Block 13 of Hall 1, and then follow the red path on your right up.

16. When you reach the road, turn left and follow the gentle meandering of the upslope all the way up till you see metal steps on your right

17. Walk up the metal steps and open the gate!

Elohim Retreat 2007!

Date: 31st Aug - 3rd Sept (Friday night - Monday noon)

Venue: Changi Aloha, Fairypoint bungalow

Time/place to meet: 8pm at Tampinese Mrt Station control station. Those who would like to have dinner together before that, can arrange among yourselves? Probably like 630pm at Tampinese instead.

Those who can't make it at 8pm/on the day itself, please inform Cristal/Isaac/Rachel/Garry asap, as we have to make arrangements.

It would be great if everyone could come for the retreat, as we are all gonna have a great time fellowshipping with one another and also with our daddy God during the whole retreat! There would be daily worship/word/prayer/sharing as a cellgroup, own personal quiet time with God, exciting and fun games (which includes night games! and maybe some wet&dirty games?), a fantastic BBQ dinner on Sunday night, and rest assured, lots of free&easy time for your to whatever your like to (:

To sum up the Christmas Eve in not so many words:

The afternoon of the group was spent in PS. Next, it was the AGM at Yew Tee from dusk to dawn. Each AGM trooper barely had 4 hours of sleep after preparing a mini X'mas surprise for the ladies.

Hey people! The camp's over, and I'm sure everyone who attended the camp has been blessed by God. And I saw so much of God's love throughout the whole camp! Be it through sessions or through the actions of people, God's love was simply everywhere.

For example in my group, people took the initiative to willingly take cups for our group and also washing them up, going all the way to 7-11 to get drinks for us, giving way to people to play the game instead of themself, encouraging each other with simple words.. Isn't it amazing that God uses different people to encourage us with His love?

So let us continue to love one another, as God loved us first! :)

woww... haven been here for a long time.... suddenly so many posts...

firstly.... juz wanna tell isaac, john, ling na, nelson and priscy that i will defintely miss you all... i think it goes the same wif all the other people as well.... though i noe u guys like a few months... its as though i known u all for years... i really have been blessed by all of you in the past few months... you guys are the best! =)

remember that if you all ever need any1 to talk 2.. we are all only a call away... and God is a prayer away... the road ahead might be tough for all... but we will press on knowing our God is wif us, amen?

now about my life before and after the retreat and camp... realli felt like sharing about it....

before the retreat.. my life was quite screwed.... firstly...i didnt find a reason in going CO at all.... i felt that the purpose of me going CO was juz for the fact that i needed to be there and it was my responsibility to be there... there was no motivation at all and every practice seems like a repeat of the last 1.... it was the same thing over and over and over again... there was a point that i juz hope that i would juz fall sick or sumthin so that i could juz not go to CO... juz want to get out of this 3 times, 13 hours a week routine of CO....
also in co, there was a lack of sum1 which i could talk 2... 1 reason is that i juz couldnt find sum1 which actually understand my problems... i couldn't juz go up to them and say CO sux and i juz dun feel like going can i?... its sort of my job to make every1 come for CO and like it... but here i am hating every minute of it...

also.. as the days past by... the fear of going back to my class and getting the whole torture for another year was continue growing... i was trying to push school out of my mind for the whole holiday... but it was getting back to me...

things were not goin on very well in my family either... i wasn't realli on very good terms wif my both my brothers and my parents were also givin me pressure about the J2 year ahead... even up till now.. my older bro seems to hav a problem wif everything i do... each time i juz make a comment which he doesn't like... he would say sumthin like i hang out 2 much in church and turn into sum gangster or sumthin... same goes wif my mum... who said that i was much better the last time... there was quite a few things which made me quite angry.. and there was a few small argument....

in all these things.... i drifted away from God more and more... guess i lost sight of Him in every aspect of my life....

i lost sight that i was suppose to glorify Him in my cca, to be a light to the non believers.. and show them i was different wif Jesus in me...

i lost sight that i could face everything wif Him by my side... nothing in the world could ever bring me down... and all the problems that i face was not even a problem 2 Him...

i lost sight that i was the tool that God placed in my family so that they would one day, by His grace, become His followers... but yet i was behaving like a total idiot...

each and every1 of these problems... God threw at my face at the session in the reteat and camp... i can feel that He was trying to get me back on track on my life and wat i shld do.... realli glad that juz before the new year starts.. He helped me set my path and get me back to where i was suppose to be... realli glad that He prompted me to talk to joshua and settle all our misunderstandings and stuff... and all in all... bringing me back to the 1st love that He had showered upon me even before i was born...

Praise the Lord! =)

woah.. didn't see all these post.. guys remember when you post right.
when you "publish post", do remember to "republish entire blog" after that as so to see the post. because sometimes it won't appear for what ever reason they will give. so yups. hahas.

this blog is dead!! it needs a REVIAL!!~~ come on guys.. though only a few of us know of this blog but still it can be alive and kicking. it's a place where we can share all our thoughts and support one another without wasting money.. =x rite rite? to us students.. smses are expensive and same to working peeps too.. so let's all keep this going on..

camp went really great and i couldn't ask for me. to start with.. the life that i was experiencing was laid out during the sermons and i couldn't control and keep it inside. everything that was said hit straight into my heart and it was deliverance for me.. it's like getting saved again after falling and failing. so it was really the best camp ever for me. getting out of my comfort zone to serve others and think of others before self. something i'm really not used to but am getting a hang out of it. kinda fun actually.. to see smiles and appreciation of people.. makes me even more happy and God is happy too when we all serve.. so yups. my conclusion, serve and see the greater love deep in you. there's just so much more we can offer to others when you're all out fighting and protecting the one's you acually love. so i really experinced a lot. there's so much encouragements in everyone and it just makes me feel the more i want to look forward to this great adventure that the 5 of us are going to face.

for those who do not know, Nelson, Ling Na, John Chew, Priscy and myself are going to be leaders for the next cell group to come(Feetwashers). so to put it simple, there are kind of a few complications between them and all. but it's something we're looking forward to. something that we cannot handle. that's the best part because it's where we put all we have into God's hands for support and really see His miracles work. so yups, greatly looking forward to this new cell.

sudden change of attitude you ask? i totally agree with that too. as you guys know, i can never let Elohim go. never ever, but to a greater calling and assurance from God after the camp, it's been really great having you guys around for help and support. there were even times where my only reason for going on were you guys. all the memories made will never be forgotten and we sure do hope we won't be forgotten too. we'll all be looking forward to sections again and do catching up. but for now, the 5 of us are going on a journey of laying down everything we have and placing it all on the altar to God. that's what we have been trying to do and it may seem so so easy when you look at us but i can say that it was realy painful, many a times i cry myself to sleep just thinking that i'll be leaving Elohim physically. there were really second thoughts of backing out after the decision made God continuosly showed me how much more He has yet to give me and yes! i am tempted.. the temptation of having more and more of God in me.. the change God and made in me is big. bigger than the biggest word that could even express it. it's definitely a life changing experience for me and i'm sure to the others as well. not forgetting all the fun He placed into the camp as well yea.. though it rained but hey! all of us sure did enjoy the fellowship with our group members and the ONness of doing things which were so so out of the way.. what more can we ask for when i was all blessed by God Himself? hahas.

i really do thank God for Elohim and the many many fun times we had, have and yet to have together. i'm surely looking forward to it all. we may not be there physically but spiritually, we will never want to leave your memories. =) it's something that will always put a smile unto our faces and brightens up of days.. Elohim will always be a home where our lives started just like a baby which have to grow in the mother's womb for 9 months before being born.. now we're going forward and face all the probs that will come our way. it may sound scary to us and all and we are all unprepared but knowing God and Elohim are beside us, nothing is impossible =)

Most importantly, not for men not for self, but for God. We get the results to honour God. Let's thank Him for education, thank Him for exams and Thank Him that we have a chance to do Him proud. we have to show that we are Christ's children. Work hard, persevere, be patient, and passion. Lets apply what we learn from God into the exams! And I tell you, the exams will be on our side, it ain't a battle no more! We don't want these exams to be a breeze. We want them to be storm, so that we as sailors of vessels will be pushed a greater distance, achieving the impossible with God!

Dear Lord

i want to pray for the people whom are preparing for the major exam that is coming. Lord, may Your healing hands be upon us as we go into the halls and sit for papers. may You grant us with a good health and the will to carry on. let us have the strength and knowledge Lord. as we prepare, calm our hearts and remind us always that we are nothing without You. all of our works can only be done with You. Lord i pray that these 1 and a half weeks to our first papers, let it be fruitful in Your name Lord that as all of us gets nervous and anxious over matters, please let Your Holy Spirit be among us as we spur each other on in this trying month and let our Faith level contnue to rise as we put all our Faith and Trust in You in whatever we do. no matter what happens Lord, let all our works be a worship unto You and we do not study for ourselves but to glorify Your Great and Mighty Name.

Lord i also want to pray for those that have finished their exams, may You also be there with them as some of them are still in the midst of their projects and oral presentation. may You Grant them strength as they work, Lord. let their groups work well together and do well for you. even though it's something extra. put in them the need to do it well because everything is for You. guide them through and let them know that they are not in this alone as You will be there right beside them as You bring them through this tiring time to meet the due date.

Lord, i also want to pray for kevin who is sick now, may You heal him and let him have a speedy recovery to continue to work and glorify You. Lord, you know kevin has been working and his priorities have been set and solely to give You all the glory he gets. May Your Spirit be with him and chase the sickness away as he gets well. also to pray for john chew and vincent, Lord as the both of them is going through a really tiring time in PW and OP, may You also bless them and cover them with Your hands as they are doing all their works pass midnights and having irregular sleeps. may You grant them quality rest as each night they go to bed and waking up afresh to start the day with You. let them not forget that You will always be present in no matter what problems they may face and that they will be a light in their group that will shine for You.

Lord, i also want to pray this prayer for all the leaders in this cellgroup, Lord as You know many things has been happening and behind the scences.. much plannings and discussion taking place. may You let all these leaders have the wisdon and knowledge to decide and put You first in the list of what they are going to do. for this cellgroup cannot only be runned by them alone, give them strength as they get weary and feel like giving up at times. continue blessing them Lord, for they need You in situations where they may feel lost and confused. as many of them are going to have exams, Lord i pray that You will be there with them through the papers and even when they are on thier own. though they may have many things on their "to do" list, let them have good rest and a ready mind for You that in things they may face, they can face them all without fears or doubts. Thank You Lord for placing Chris in this cellgroup as leader, he has blessed us in many ways and encouraging us all the times. also with the laughs that he puts to peoples face which really brightens up the cellgroup in a whole. may You continue to bless him and his family for the things and works they do, may You grant Chris the energy to continue moving and getting fired up for You..

may You continue to work in this cellgroup as we all continue supporting one another in our walk with You. may this cellgroup be a living testimony to You and to where ever we may go in a group or alone. hello everyone..
surprise surprise? haha...juz thought i'll drop a note here...and share some stuff...been doing nothing much lately besides homework and sch...thought i'll share abt yesterday when i did street evangelism with campus crusade...
i talked to a indonesian who was a scholar who came to singapore to study...and as we talked abt faith and religion...she shared how she only believes what she sees...it was a nice time talkin to her abt christianity and our faith..was really glad to see that our conversation got her thinking abt things and life...
and this got me to think whether i still hold on to what i used to believe..."believing is seeing"...do i still think that as long as i believe in a loving world, seeing a unloving world will not change the desire that a loving world exist..or at least can b achieved....do i still believe that God ways are higher and that He has my best interest in mind despite what i see in my current circumstances?...do i still believe in the abundance life that God has promised? will i still think that believing like faith, can move mountains?...do i still believe that God can do miracles in my life even though i never seen one? hm...are we hinderin what God can do in our midst becos of disbelief?...let's not let that happen...
i believe and still do..that Elohim will be a group of people that chooses to believe...believe in love...believe in brotherhood and sisterhood...believe in simplicity...believe in being set apart from the world for Christ...believing that the struggle of sin and the world can b overcome with Christ..let's not simply b contented with a point off transformation in our lives...but may our lives always be transforming in the light of Christ...=)

Who are We?

After Chris's sharing in cell grp last sat, the qns tt kept hitting me was "who are we to each other in the cell?" Many a times, i just felt that we take each other for granted. When we experience a crisis we turn towards cell, seeking solutions. But how about when others turn towards us in cell when they are in a crisis? Do we reach out a helping hand? Or do we just "couldnt be bothered". Elohim is a cell consisting of members. Each and everyone of us has a part to play to make this family work out. Let's take time to ponder and recognise those who are giving their all to make this family work. They are constantly there ready to be there for us. But wat if they are the one who need help one day? Will people be there for them? I sincerely hope that cell who not be a place where ppl play a one way role, to either give or receive. If we want to receive, we must be ready to give. Yes many of us has a our close grp of frens in cell, including me, but I do not think its relevant to turn away from others just because they are "not close" we are a family, called to be tgt united. If the notion of just being in the same frequency is often taken so tightly, then those who different frequency from another will just end up drawing a wall. So lets do sometihng together and be there for each other no matter what yeah?

well all i can say is that God has been faithful. previously i worked in kumon, the learning center at $10 an hour, for 6hrs a week. i prayed for a job and told the sup that i will be quiting end of Aug b4 i can even get a job.

guess what. on sun when i applied my workin visa, it was done in jus one day ( which normally needs 20-40days ) and afr 2 hrs, my new boss called me. and God has increase my pay to 17$ pre hour. and aby 20 hrs a week.

i think it was because one must give as a cheerful giver. i had all i had and it went down to the offering bag. but God blessed me with even more.

Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not relunctantly or under complusion, for God loves a cheerful giver. -2 Corinthians 9:7

2 weeks ago my church had Freshies Welcome where we welcome the 2nd sem pple in. I invited frens to go. in the end only one on the 2 on the list came, however GOD DOES NOT short change us, 2 others came. Praise the Lord.

i remembered learning smtin back in COR yrs ago. Write down 10 names you wana invite, and as we pray, half or less will turn up but there will be at least ONE salvation. so.. the more the better. lets plants seeds and let God go the rest!

I have been blind, unwilling.. i have ignored every blessing.. for so long, nothing could move me.. for so long, nothing could change me..

these phrases really talked about me.. to me dear cellgroup, i think it's time for me to actually tell you guys more about myself on what all of you don't really know. don't think a lot of you will read it but yea.. do prepare to take awhile for it's going to be long..

The Real Me.......

it started even before i entered feetwashers. at that point of time my parents were forcing me down to church as i didn't want to come and gave stupid excuses. i still remember the first time i was in feets, though i knew quite a lot of people but i felt out of place. there was a feeling like everyone knew each other so well but there i was. trying to know you guys better. in church you would see me as a quiet, friendly and happy friend. thats just in church. only on saturdays and sundays. from monday to friday onwards. i was that lunatic person going around cursing and swearing in almost every sentence i would say. i joined a gang in primary 6 and started to learn smoking, drinking(sec 1) and glue sniffing(sec 2). it was kind of a way out of curiousity but still the cat died.. i was hooked and it was quite a suffering time for me. had loads of fights in school and gang fights outside school. stabbed someone in the arm before and it was scary to even see.. won't go into details yea. was ponning sch almost everyday and went only whenever i liked it. my parents got worried coz they thot i was bullied in school or something and talked to my DM.whenever i don't go to school, i would go to shopping centres and waste my time away. i often stole money from my parents. it started when i was in primary 2. that's how bad it was. i think if i were to calculate back, it was no less than 5000 bucks that i've stolen.. from my parents and other people. had loads of handphones and sold them to shops to get money for the fun of it. i feel bad even typing all these out now but i think God wants me to open up and there's nothing to hide of all these. stealing was my job and lying way my hobby and i loved doing them so much that i could lie to anyone and they would believe it. at that point of time, i could be your best friend beside you but actually i was the one that stole your wallet that kinda person.. so i was then an outcast by others. only few who knew me from young stayed close to me..

a few of the cell members may know who i am by now but i'll still go on. there are really loads more of i could say but it's something i'm struggling with now. i want to get rid of those memories coz nightmares really do haunt me and i wake up as though as i just had war, panting away.. the life i lead wasn't pleasing at all.. friends started to leave me 1 by 1.. teachers gave up on me literally telling me not to even go to classe for lessons. it was like the end of the world for me as i barely made into sec 3.. during that year.. it was a life changing one for me as i was totally shattered.. i slacked and play my way through my exams failing everything except 2 subs.. i couldn't go to sec 4 and my dad was ready to kill me.. he kept on scolding me for everything i did wrong and told me to go to ite straight and not waste their money.. i was really terrified and not prepared for this to come. i learnt the hard way of life and yea.. the 2nd year in sec though not alone, it was different.. i tried to avoid the gang i was with and not mix with them. everytime i go home, i would take another route and sometimes when i do get to see them.. i would tell them i needed to go home and they would let me go. so that year, i passed subjects that i didn't even imagine i would, i even did well in them and yes it was a turning point assured for me.

after all these.. i haven't talked about church or God! and so.. as i was going through all those above, every saturday we would be having cellgroup at the prayer room, then we grew and went to the containers, then again to the library and finally kings hall.. it was a great change to me as i saw people started to change too.. God spoke and convinced me that it was time to return to Him after 5 wasted years and i said i would try but slow for a start. things started out all nice and progressively it became much better. i was hiding my past from you guys and the person you knew me was different i guess.. sorry for hiding the true me for so long and lying to you guys like i'm really a good guy then.. i really want to thank God for you guys loads.. some of you may not know but i treasure you guys loads in my life.. God, Family, Church, etc.... the church part really meant a lot to me. you guys were the ones who gave me support and every little thing that all of you ever said to me, helped me a lot in my life changing experince. really thankful for that.

i've been wanting to say this during cell when we had sharing time but then i didn't dare.. it's an encouragement to all. when we were offcially out of feets and had to move on to youth, there was about 13 of us. then our friends started to come and the next 2 generations of feets came along. it is definitely a big jump in number. for 4 years now, elohim has grown to over 60 people i would say? and here's the best thing. God showed a picture me at the start of this year, it was just soon after i joined a ministry to serve Him and yups He came and the picture is still very clear to me. i saw 13 people in a really really big room. and God didn't speak. He just showed me.. slowly 1 by 1 there were people coming in from all sides.. filling the gaps and the numbers wento up and up and up.. the room isn't in the dance room nor kings hall.. it was a place that i didn't even know where it was. and the place was filled.. fully filled.. i could see the smiles on each and everyone's faces as they come in, their faces looked sorrowful and have given up hope.. but as they came and stay awhile, their expressions all changed and were smiling away talking to one another. they sad faces were turning into smiling faces faster and faster as the people continued to come in. to me i think it is a vision that Elohim will continue to grow even further.. and till that day we reach that big big room, we have to continue to encourage all our friends and family members. its really hard to approach or even talk about Christ in front of them as we're scared that they may badtalk or the friendship might be broken but that's what we're all here for. to support one another and to fish the people to safety. i would really really want to see that really big room one that that our cell would be using to praise and worship God and to get to know everyone inside that room. the number of people i saw was amazing =) so yes i'm happy about it but we have to do something and not wait for it to happen.i really do believe that God is giving us loads of opportunities to invite our friends down these few months.. with More To This Life over, our hearts are surely on fire again and next up would be worship conference and outings and Christmas and youth camp. so let's all chiong together to reach that goal and when that day the big room that we are going to use, God will be waiting and there will be miralces. that was writen at the bottom of the picture.

~Do or Do Not, There Is No Try~

To Elohim.. i love you guys loads, it's just that i do not know how to express the emotions i have for this cellgroup. i didn't put in my feelings for "what is Elohim to you" because i was waiting for this day to come. and here i would say, Elohim to me is a family that i can put my total trust in. with problems or anyother things. Elohim will forever be harmless and that is the difference. Everyone in this cell is ready to protect each other. It was God's initial purpose for putting us together and Glorify Him together as one. We are God's people with the strength and wisdon giving to us by His grace..

About two months back, one of our cell group members did something really thoughtful. I thought I might want to share it in this blog.

During lunch on one Sunday after service, our cell group was having lunch at the Potong Pasir chicken rice hawker centre when an old man went up to people on the other tables, asking for something. The people at the other tables ignored him and carried on eating. Initially, we thought "Ok, maybe that man's just some regular beggar, asking for money. Usual stuff. Don't care about him."

When he approached us, we did not bother about him but when we paid close attention to what he was saying in muffled Mandarin, we concluded that he did not have money and was hungry. From the looks of things, that person did not appear to be someone begging for money as he could not even articulate his words clearly. I concluded that he might have lost his way and he probably went without food for some time. One of our cell group members went up to him to ask if he would like us to help him buy a packet of rice. At first the old man was hesitant about it as he asked us to buy him only the cheapest rice available in the hawker centre.

Later, when that cell group member of ours bought him a pack of rice (with char seow meat and gravy in it), the man thanked our cell group member profusely.

The amazing thing was this: that cell group member of ours did not know how to speak Mandarin (other than a few basic words), but yet, he chose to help the man (with the help of a few of us to translate Mandarin to English) who could only converse in Mandarin. In addition to that, the old man's words were muffled as he could not articulate his words clearly. Communicating with the man itself would already take a certain amount of patience. That cell group member of ours could have just followed what a typical Singaporean would do, which was adopting the "mind our own business" mentality. However, he chose not to. That person was Nat.

i still remember the 1st day i been in church... kevin and josh cheng was introducing u guys to me... we then had lunch at the chicken rice store...got to noe a few of u by name like esther, john chew, ling na, nat, ruth, nelson... took the same bus back wif ruth that day...

the 1st time i went to cell grp.. i was late... then josh cheng was suppose 2 do games... so the games were like delayed for 30mins.... then we had worship on the 1st level instead of 02-15... played soccer after that... 1st time i went to the rooftop basketball court...

1st movie that i watch with u guys.." when a stranger calls"...i forget to buy tickets for shirley... really sorry!!!..durin the movie... esther was too scared 2 open her eyes... think the whole movie she only watch like 10 mins??..

before comfirmation, we went to the indian store to eat prata and bryani....then priscy, josh cheng, bryan tan, louisa, audrey..( sorry if i left anybody out.. cant remember too clearly.. sorry...) got comfirm!!...

went to suntec to celebrate jotham birthday at sizzler... was late again..... but anyway.. that was the day where SA juz beat AC in rugby.. so nat was quite unhappy about it... haha... and also... priscy took a cab down which cost $13+++ ... then she didnt hav money to eat.. so had to share...

found out that cristal knew my younger brother and rachel knew my cousin... how small can the world get?... ( a love so big, the world seems small.. how true it is...)

arts camp... one of the best camp that i hav ever been 2... wif all the fun that we had durin the training for mass dance... going crazy in the bunk doing both 'victor's secrets' and 'victoria's secrets' catwalk show... finding that there is another vincent wang in COR..... havin a great time playing heart attack... doing wierd and freaky things wif the mind..

going down to tanglin halt wif jerome, john chew, tedric, ling na, garry and many others frm COR and painted the house for two old ladies... though we were all dirty and tired at the end.. it was still worth the time...

eatin buffet lunch at science centre wif my buddy grp!!!.... still got discount somemore.. so good... haha... ate a lot... bryan hide wasabi inside a sushi and tried to giv it to eunice.. then lata tried to trick landy into eating peppermint ice cream wif wasabi in it... haha... then after lunch.. went 2 landy house to play naruto...

how time flies... its already 2 months since i 1st join u guys..... i cant imagine how my life would turn out wifout the support of each and every1 of u...

thanks to josh cheng and kevin for bringing me to COR and elohim.. for wifout them.. i would never get 2 noe all of u...

thanks to my buddy grp.. landy... anna.. paul.. yuan yong.. ruth..shirley.. josh cheng.. bryan..john chew.. priscy.. andrew.. eunice...cristal... issac.. shiqi.. amanda... josk k.. for tryin really hard to help me settle in... thought i was some1 relatively unknown.. they still share abt thier lives and encouraged me to share.. thanks for all the things u guys hav done...

How did we turn from complete strangers to family in a mere 2 mths time?... how did i find so many brothers and sisters who care?...
thank God for that... for His love for me had led me to this family.. and i am grateful.. for i could never find such a great family anywhere else...

theres no denying that God's love and power is endless.. i myself have found salvation thru life concert... if this is wat life concert could do.. i would like to see how much more could 'more to this life' concert do to much more ppl... for all that are part of it... do ur very best.. for everything that we do... we are doing it for God... dance ur heart out, act ur heart out, sing ur heart out, usher ur heart out, plan ur heart out, organize ur heart out... for everything that we are doin.. we might be helping 1 more person to find salvation...

ask me to comment y elohim means so much to me..i cant..i simply cant comment...i can only try to live out a lifestyle tt shows wat elohim really means to me...i dunno abt u all...but i'm still trying to love elohim...not tt u guys ar not lovable...but to love with the love of God....i cant juz love u guys juz because u guys are a great bunch of pple...but i wan to learn to love u guys for who u are....whether or not anyone of u changes over time...to the better or the worse....tts the kind of love i hope to have....
Elohim is my eternal family...there is no running away from the fact tt our lives are intertwined together...Praise God for tt!!....every moment spent seems to an investment in heaven...yet at the same time..giving me a glimpse of wat heaven will b like..if elohim wld b my eternal family....
read in a book somewhere....to know whether i have received the new life tt God promised...whether it is real....commit yourself to a group of sinners...try to love them...dont just do it for weeks...nor months...do it for years...and then you will find out..and others will too...whether your new life is Christ is real...whether you truly love God or not..the truth will show....
i wonder at the end of the journey i wld know tt my life in Christ is real...more than juz find out..i wan tt to b it...
come on guys...let's commit ourselves to loving elohim....

well.. firstly Blessed Mother's Day. in church today i was told of one of the commandment

"Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you." Exodus. 20: 5

if we notice, it is the only commandmant that promises long live.. so yeah.. no matter how mean our mum has been.. forgive as we have been forgiven and if moms have been good to u.. say "i love u" a hug will do..

and 1 more thing to thank God abt was smtin that happen 2 weeks ago. i have a fren name milenda who was in the same collage as me last yr and now we're doin the same unit. i asked her to church a few times and it didnt work out.

so one day i was in the toilet with my phone and i had a promptin from God to call her. i resisted again.. cos i was gonna shower and i was thinking.. no way she's gonna come.. she will most prolly find me irritating afr askin so many times.. anyhow i did.. n of cos.. pray b4 i called.. n she agreed.

so the following came n i had no plans of asking her at all but she told me " i dun think i can go church this week..."

it is jus amazing how God works.. she has nvr stepped into a church b4 but.. u get the idea.. praise the Lord hey..
